How quickly can I get my passport?
Our expedited services allow you to receive your passport in as few as 2 business days (Los Angeles residents only) — or within 5-10 business days for all other regions.
Am I able to complete whole process online or do I need to still come in?
We offer both! You can walk in during business hours or book an appointment for personalized assistance at a convenient time.
What if my passport is lost or damaged after processing?
Our Passport Protect/Insurance option covers lost, stolen, or damaged passports for peace of mind.
Can you process visas as well?
Yes, we handle both business and tourist visas for multiple destinations, helping you meet travel requirements efficiently.

Why would I need to book an appointment?
If you would prefer us to handle your application process for you, including filling out the relevant forms on your behalf, you will need to book an appointment with one of our passport processing experts.
What types of appointments do you offer?
We offer walk-in appointments to our Sherman Oaks location and telephone appointments to customers who are not local or who don't want to come to our office. All appointments via our online calendar booking system are WALK IN by default, unless “Phone Call” is selected from the dropdown at the top. If phone call is chosen, we will call you at the selected day/time.
What's the difference between walk-in and phone call appointments?
There is no difference between a walk in or a phone call appointment. We cover the same information, questions and topics during both.
Can you process passports for minors?
Yes. Please book a walk-in or phone call appointment for further information.
When I renew a passport, does the passport number remain the same as on my old one?
No. For a renewed passport, a new passport number will be issued.
AreHow long does a passport need to be valid for in order to renew it?

Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, the US Passport Offices have recently re-opened for passport processing services.

At this time, we are unable to assist with issuance of new passports.

We CAN assist with expedited US Passport renewals. Expedited renewals will take approximately 4-6 weeks processing time.

This is currently the fastest rush processing available anywhere in the nation. As regulations are frequently being updated and changed regarding passport services, please contact our office for details about passport renewals.
